Q&As

It’s practically impossible to overestimate the importance of your online presence in this day and age. With a world undeniably growing ever more dependent on technology, focussing more and more on web, your website is one of the biggest representative factors of your company.

Your website absolutely has to get your message across, the primary function is to inform the user of exactly what services or products you offer. It’s imperative that the style of website fits seemlessly with your corporate identity in terms of branding and functionality, whilst also considering exactly what your potential client or customer would like to achieve by visiting your site; things like whether they’re making a booking, purchasing a product, using a service or simply finding out about what your company offers.

MWKA offer that complete Web Design service, sure to deliver exactly what you need and more.

Considering the core information regarding the project will have already been outlined by the Bark platform, the first things we would likely want to know would be about the client and their project. Things like whether they have a desired vision for the work, or if they're in need of assistance in this regard. For example, if the client has a particular colour scheme or style in mind, this information is vital from the start. If the client is a business, knowing about their company in terms of industry and target market would be beneficial as we can take these details into account when working on their project.

The very first thing is to get to know who we’re working with; particular focus is paid to areas like the story, style and target market of the project. Once we know the client, it’s all about targeting what they need from us and how we can help them. We then put together an action plan, sculpted accordingly. We now get to work creating a range of concepts, which we present, discuss and build on, enabling a client to have as much input as they would like. We take all feedback on board, put it into action and polish off the finished article, though some projects will naturally require ongoing support.

Similarly to the "What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?" box above, the information we would need about the client would primarily be in relation to the criteria that most influence the design process.

Being creative. As a design agency, creativity is our vocation. The gratification of taking a design job from concept to completion resulting in a happy client never gets old.

It's something that was a long time in the making. Having been down the employment route and spent several years in the industry, learning what not to do from small design decisions to the overall business management, it was clear that starting our own company was the best route to go down. This venture is the natural result of over 10 years of gaining experience and planning a better way to do things. Now, as an accomplished and capable team, we know that we can deliver an excellent service at competitive rates whilst ensuring customer service always stays at the forefront.

We're an experienced, yet energetic team of creative individuals in a tight-nit group who complement each other's skillsets. We know how to work with clients, and with each other, in a way that the very best results for everyone involved are reached. As an efficient team, we are able to cater to clients in an efficient manner, which means less time spent on each project; saving time means saving cost to the client whilst enabling us to carry out more jobs on any given day so everyone is happy.

Services

Graphics for digital media all tie into your brand identity. Platforms including for social media posts, email marketing imagery, various graphics for websites all have to be designed to a level that represents your corporate identity in a wholly positive way.

It’s common knowledge that the world is steadily moving towards a more digitally orientated approach to business, however there is still a definitive place for printed materials. One such example would be the humble business card. A business card is that little snapshot that completely represents your brand, whilst giving your chosen recipient all they need to know about what you offer in a way that an email or text simply doesn’t deliver.

We have years of experience working with print projects of all shapes and sizes, and the expertise to accomplish whatever it is that you might require. Business cards, letterheads, posters, flyers, leaflets, brochures, catalogues, menus – you name it!

One thing that is impossible to overstate is the importance of a company’s logo to the strength of the brand. This is the single design that will ideally always be the primary iconography for your company. It should represent something specific, whether you want it to be unique, connote your industry, include the letters or words that make up your company name or if you just want something that looks nice – it has to be memorable and it has to be perfect.

When it comes to branding, it’s worth getting it absolutely perfect. If that means spending a little bit longer or bringing in specialists to help you uncover your optimal brand style, it’s imperative that you do so in order to get things just right. Finding the right balance of style to appeal to your target market is a fine art, one which we consider our speciality.

We all know that you shouldn’t always judge a book by its cover but the reality is that your brand is the thing that not only communicates what you do and who you are, but whether you’re a potential client or customer’s cup of tea. Our job is to make your brand the right cup of tea for your target market and it’s what we do best.

MWKA offer a complete range of branding services; from simple tweaks to a brand that’s nearly there, overhauling a tired aesthetic or building something from the ground up!
