What do you love most about your job?
I love to be there for some one in need.
I enjoy providing companionship.
I enjoy to listen to older people's stories because they are full of worthy information
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have worked in healthcare for so long as a nurse and midwife .I had always wanted to help people who are in need, in a very different but positive way which I feel could be the best for the client. I believe that to be a Carer is not a job, but a its a calling to be that extra hand for people who really wish to help themselves but for some reasons can't do it
Why should our clients choose you?
Mvecare Health Solutions will always be there for them. Mvecare Health Solutions will provide a flexible and professional healthcare service to address there needs. Mvecare Health Solutions will provide a person centered care plan suitable for each individual. Mvecare Health Solutions will match clients and carers so only those matching can work together and we promise regular carer staff for each package.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
With care it is very difficult as it is a hands on activity but there are times when remote care can be done. This is when the client is able and has the capacity, maybe needs a reminder to get ready for the school bus, to go and pick pension money or to pay bills.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Mvecare Health Solutions has worked according to Government advice and we are actively monitoring our clients and staff. All our staff have been vaccinated and all staff is supplied with more than enough PPE for the benefit of both staff and clients.
