I embarked on remodelling my house but had no idea how best to approach this. Having never undertaken such a project my first thought was to get a good architect. I rang various companies and was disappointed with the responses I got. I felt I was engaging with companies who were more interested in securing business and not interested in me or my project. Thank goodness I managed to find James. I knew as soon as we spoke on the phone that he was someone I could trust to do a good job. When we met at the property we immediately bonded and I could tell he was as excited as I was with the plans that I had to completely remodel the building. James followed up our initial meeting with a very competitive and reasonable quote. The work he created thereafter was exceptional. Detailed drawings offering various options, following up with planning, building control and builders plus he was always available to respond to emails and calls as required.

I now have a 4 bedroom house, converting the loft into a 4th bedroom with ensuite. We knocked through the entire ground flood removing a substantial supporting wall. We now have a large kitchen which leads through to a large lounge area. A door through to the adjoining garage which is now a dining room.

Future plans submitted are a larger bedroom extending over the garage, bifold doors across the back of the property and a summer house.
