We were very pleased with the result when John & Junior refurbished our family bathroom.
They responded to messages very quickly, arrived as scheduled & talked me through every stage of the work, as it was being done. They worked around any problems which arose.
They even quickly came out to the house one day, when I had an unrelated problem with our water tank.

They removed box and fixed small leak but didn't refit the box, worked for about 30/40 minutes but charged for full hour £80. They could have easily put refitted the box within the the time left in the hour, but did't! More...

these guys transformed my bathroom for me, they quickly resolved any hiccups, were polite,kept me updated, and also as an added bonus took away all the rubbish, all the other companies who quoted said getting rid of the rubbish would be down to me.

Junior and John were both fantastic throughout our refurb for our bathroom. We bought a Victorian terrace house and were able to squeeze us in last minute for the work. Unfortunately for us we found a number of problems with the house, but John's experiance shone through and everything was dealt with as best as they could.
