Shan made our daughter’s 10th birthday cake for her party this weekend. Not only did it look stunning it also tasted delicious. We had chocolate sponge with chocolate filling and it was probably the most moist cake I have ever tasted. Amazing personalised cupcakes for my best friends bridal shower. I had to travel with them for an hour and a half and they didn’t budge. We ate them a day after and they were still so fresh and moist , they were the perfect balance of sweetness . The sugar work on them was beautiful.
