What’s your signature dish?
our signature dish is Paneer butter masala and chicken karai.
the starters like tandoori chicken ,paneer tikka ,r soft lamb seekh kebab or lamb shami are a must in any event
the anglicised indian starters like Avocado fritters or kale-onion bhaji makes your event a star . we serve traditional desserts like gulab jamum rasmalai etc.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
the customer choice is preferred and they are advised on portion size , proper combination of dishes to make a menu look balanced in terms of event size , guest background or budget etc.
What do you love most about your job?
we serve an authentic Indian delicacies which is a hard to find aspect of indian food in london despite having a range of eateries .
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been a chef with companies like Taj Mahal mumbai , Dishoom in London and hence found a gap in the market for an authentic indian meal with affordable prices so opened the Mumbai Tadka .
