I engaged Sebastian of MS Property Maintenance way back in June 2022, to help convert my double garage into a Mancave.
A superb experience in all.
We were very impressed by the quality of the engagement: the timeliness of work - not one day of delay in agreed work plan, top class work discipline - always started work on time and kept the work environment tidy and made sure there were no cause of concern to neighbours; excellent communication - everyday without fail at the top of the day and at day end, attention to detail - every aspect of work reeked of class; Professional advise - made sure that our needs were completely addressed while guiding us to a practical work plan adherering to deadlines; and above all a very pleasing and reliable person to work with.
Today I am very happy customer and proud of our marquee Mancave that he has built. I derive great pleasure in writing this review for Sebastian. I highly recommend him as your go-to man for your home expansion and transformation needs.

I recently hired Seb to completely renovate the downstairs cloakroom also adding a shower . He also renovated another room , with new plastering , electrics , heating ,lighting , flooring etc.
I cannot stress how amazing Seb was from the quality of his work to the attention to detail and the overall communication from the start of the job “ nothing was too much “ and very competitively priced and trustworthy.
Seb will definitely be the person I phone for all future jobs ! I would highly recommend him .

Sebastian has been a god send. We recently had a boiler breakdown and decided to replace as it wasn’t the first time we had trouble and it was an outdated model. Sebastian came round the same day and gave great advice, recommending a few options. He was back the following day with the new boiler and was able to complete all the work on the same day. We own a large listed commercial building and residential properties that MS have maintained over the past 10 years. They are highly responsive to resolving very small jobs but are also able to carry out well large refurbishments to a high standard so I would have no hesitation in recommending them to other businesses and residential customers
