How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
After talking to potential clients and understading their needs I can create a unique menu to suit them and theris guests taste and special diets

Cooking and the opportunity to meet people from different background and taste
What inspired you to start your own business?
Love for cooking and eating good food from Britain and from around the world. As a brazilian we were brought up eating only freshly prepared food with lots of grains vegetables and BBq!

For my passion of cooking, use of quality ingredients, everything home cooked, nothing from frozen, prefer to use health ingredients such as lots of grains, organic and local.
