It is clear from the off that Sylvia has a passion and love for dogs. She takes her time to learn about the nature of the dog and works around the temperament of the dog. I honestly couldn't ask for a more lovely lady to look after my baby. She brings so much reassurance to both of us, and has made my Bonnie feel so comfortable. Took my two boys to Mrs G's on a recommendation and I couldn't be happier. I have a pomeranian who can be quite challenging and loud! Also a terrier/spaniel mix who is extremely nervous with what can only be described as the most unusual human type hair. Mrs G worked wonders with them both and was so patient and caring. Sylvia is absolutely fabulous with dogs - particularly if they’re nervy or puppies getting used to grooming. We’ve just had our second puppy session and he was totally chilled . . even with the clippers and the hairdryer! Sylvia is calm and relaxed and allows loads of time for every appointment. We had our cockapoo groomed with Mrs G having been recommended by our previous groomer. It was great to have someone who already knew our dog and could make her feel comfortable, as she is particularly nervous. A good and friendly service.

Our little Bella absolutely loves Mrs G ☺️ She is super excited to see her and I feel really at ease knowing she will be well looked after. I took my 4 month old puppy to Sylvia this week after having a poor experience elsewhere. Sylvia was absolutely amazing with him and he loved going back to see her the second time. Phoebe had her first groom today at Mrs G’s Groom Room. Sylvia was so patient & took everything slowly as it was Phoebe’s first time and she ensured she didn’t get stressed or anxious & it was a pleasant experience for her.
