We met with Erin yesterday for our consultation and cake tasting. Even talking to Erin over Facebook before we met her I knew we'd get on well as she came across so friendly! We were made to feel so welcome and the cakes were absolutely delicious I wish I could have ate every single one � we got a cake bouquet away with us plus any cakes we didn't finish. Erin recently made our wedding cake, 10th November. I can't describe how amazing it tasted (loads of compliments) and it looked just as fantastic! She worked with us and understood exactly what we wanted and designed the perfect bespoke cake for us! Will be contacting Erin for all future cakes! Ordered a couple of the cupcake bouquets for a surprise 80th birthday party. Erin was really helpful, responded quickly to questions and offered advice in choice of flavours. Erin made the cake for our wedding on the 16th of June 2018. Right from the minute we booked her we were filled with confidence that our cake was going to be special - and she did not disappoint! Our consultation was so professional, yet Erin also portrays the perfect friendly and down to earth approach aswell. She’s a lovely woman and excellent baker. Her innovative design and ideas are of the highest standard we’ve seen and we are so honoured that she was such a big part of our day... we ended up with very little cake left over and our guests were smuggling what they could away at night because her cakes left them wanting more!
