Paul and his BBQ team catered for our wedding in September and his service and food were nothing but fantastic! Many of our guests have said; it is was the best wedding food they have ever had, that the food was really tasty and loved the variety.The team quietly arrived at the wedding venue (Country Ways, North Devon) the afternoon of the wedding and cooked up a BBQ for 70 people – no fuss. The whole team were a delight – very friendly and helpful. Some of our guests are pescatarian, veggie or vegan and they had plenty of options to choose from. Paul even supplied a few extra sauces that we requested. Being the bride, I spent a lot of my time talking to guests and so I didn’t get to the BBQ till a bit later, but the food was still lovely, warm and fresh tasting. I had the salmon, mushroom and a variety of sides – all delicious. My husband tried a bit of everything and said that the steak and lamb were particularly good. We wanted a very relaxed wedding – food from Paul and his team delivered exactly that. The amazing hot September sun also helped! Thank you so much Mr T the BBQ Man and team – you were fantastic. We had Paul and his team come to Roadford Lake for our daughter and son in laws wedding yesterday. We would like to say that the bbq food and sweet were second to none. The food was superb and very tasty , we had a lot of comments on the salmon in particular. The staff were efficient and couldn't do enough for you. Paul was friendly and talked us through what he was doing. The food was delivered on time and served with speed and a smile. Had a great wedding day, and great caterers to aid it. Food was tasty and well timed. There was a hearty amount of food for each of our 140+ guests, with even the added bonus of seconds for some. Many guests commented on how tasty the food was and that it was perfect for the relaxed feel of our wedding. We would definitely recommend to others who are interested.
