Seeing our daughter struggle so much with frequent panic attacks to the point her lips went blue & she was passing out at school & home, waiting lists for further help 2 years away & a pandemic. We decided to take her mental health into own own hands & 37 weeks later Elsie has finished her sessions with Maria, we was handed Elsie's paperwork last night & there was one page that struck out for me from the beginning of her journey, Elsie's words... Mum says follow your heart but when mine is in pieces what bit do I follow 😢arh my girl ❤️ This said we are so happy with Elsies progress as she has now walked away with such a great understanding on how to accept, control & be at one with her emotions, stronger & a little more confidence of whom she is. I have been having counselling session for 4months now and my last session is next week , I never had the chance to meet Marie due to Covid restrictions so every session was done over zoom ! I’m very happy with my sessions I cannot believe the change in me in such a short time i suffered with anxiety and wouldnt get in my car let alone go out side or inside any shops I’m now doing everything that I couldn’t before I don’t suffer with anxiety now and if I have a little wobble I know how to control it and bring myself back with the help from Marie I know how to manage my anxiety of it comes back , I’m so happy with how I am as a person I didn’t think I would ever be that happy person again but I now am ! I would highly recommend MP counselling services More...
