When landlords express to us how relieved they are at not having to worry about dealing with property issues
What inspired you to start your own business?
Knowing a few landlords who expressed frustrations with traditional estate agents and the pressure of making sure their properties were always filled with reliable tenants. We knew there was a better way they could be helped so wanted to create a service they took away all their property-related stress

We have 5 years of experience and a track record of landlords that have been very happy with our services throughout.
We offer landlords the options of either a straight forward management service with no additional fees or a rent guarantee service where our landlords get paid on time every month regardless of the tenant situation.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Anyone we send into a property will always adhere to PPE standards and ensure as much social distancing as is possible.
Void Free - Rental Guarantee
We provide our landlords with an assured rent guarantee over the term of our agreement (2-5 years) so they never have to worry about potential void periods.
At Mortoo Homes we also don’t rent the properties we manage to a tenant solely based on referencing, we meet and assess their suitability for the property based on our own check list of requirements.
Hassle Free - Property Management
We offer a simple property management service for a monthly fee without any admin fees for facilitating maintenance issues.
