I had a great service from MPRO. They've been very helpful and efficient throughout the whole process. They took my many calls and were always really friendly and answered my queries - I was nervous about our remortgage but they were great i reassuring me. They treat their clients with respect and they get the job done! I really like the team and I felt like we were on the same team when they were handling my remorgage. We did have a bit of a set-back when we had our valuation (property was valued lower than what we anticipated) - this is not at the fault of MPRO at all but I think it would be a great idea to help clients make a better estimate - especially with today's climate. MPRO are absolutely magnificent.. I wouldn't be here without helping from this people.Victoria Wright was my first contact and she got me a offer within few hours even though I had a bad credit history. Bianca King process my case to Lender very professionally and Rory Dodds helped to bridge information between lender and solicitor. I understand people have good and bad experience and my transaction took 6 months to complete due to seller issues. I have exchange today and completion next week... Staff were lovely and helpful. Stressful time eased by being able to feel comfortable discussing and resolving my problem. Wow, what a great experience. Incredibly happy that the guys in the office did for me. They definitely went the extra mile for me in the process.
