Alex is a great trainer. As I have CFS, he’s had to adapt quite a bit for us to find the right exercises for me. It’s an ongoing process as my energy can dip easily if too much is done. He has spent a lot of time finding the right programme for me and puts in a lot of effort which I really appreciate. He also contacts me to find out how I’m doing. I was a bit apprehensive about seeing a trainer but straight away Alex made me feel welcome and relaxed. He is very professional and really pushes you to get the most from your sessions. I would highly recommend him,I've seen great results in only a couple of months. He has great knowledge of all things fitness related and mixes up the sessions to keep it interesting! He has helped me with the nutrition side of things as well which was a bonus! Friendly and guidance with health was properly explained
It’s hard work but loving the feeling of feeling so much better and only two weeks in. Will be to continuing with my training into the foreseeable future .
