This therapy works. Over the 10 week treatment Sasha helped me to identify how I was blocking myself from healing, she gave me tools to think about how I wanted my future to be & feel. The results have literally been life changing. I am soooo grateful! Thank you, Sasha x More...

Sasha explained everything clearly and made me feel extremely comfortable from the outset. She encouraged me to realise things that I hadn't thought about before and make connections between experiences and understanding. The first session was fantastic and I felt wonderful afterwards; Sasha's demeanour is reassuring, friendly and incredibly helpful. If you need to understand why and how you react to situations then Sasha is the lady for you. I knew my traits, could identify with them, but just was so frustrated with myself as to why I reacted or didn't react to different situations. A life time of anxieties and roundabouts. Sasha helped me to understand why and identify alot more of myself. Such a help and change in my reactions and thinking. I have made big decisions and changes and honestly feel better. I recommend it, simple but honest statement. I had 10 sessions with Sasha and the journey was enlightening. My story is mine to keep but I can tell the journey saw me grow as a person, the journey helped me to view my life in healthier way. My family noticed the changes as subtle and true improvement of my well being, this led to better home life. I had a 10 week session with Sasha just before Christmas. I have suffered with anxiety since I was a teenager and often let it get the better of me. . I can honestly say since my session with Sasha I feel totally different.. I'm sure it will reappear at some point in the future, but because Sasha has explained why I feel like I do I know to look after myself a lot better and listen to my body earlier.. Before I met Sasha I felt I was having a run of bad luck, stuck in a downward spiral and life seemed overwhelming.

Working with Sasha was a totally new approach for me, and my initial doubts about the effectiveness of hypnotherapy quickly went away. Sasha is so confident and competent, plus incredibly supportive. I've never known anyone to get so excited about me finishing my cross-stitch!

The treatment helps you work on yourself (there is homework!) and focus on the positive, which can sometimes feel very hard, but Sasha helps you find the good in the smallest of things.

It has totally changed my outlook on life and I am now able to cope a lot better with ongoing issues with myself and family in a much healthier way.

Be open to possibilities and understand that working on your emotional health is as important as getting a good night's sleep, and you will reap the benefits.

When a client comes into my therapy room for the first time, they are often have an heir of sadness about them, and look down-trodden by life, but as therapy progresses, the client starts to make small changes, that sadness starts to change into a faint smile, a smirk of laughter, a glint happiness in their eyes. It pleases me, to see them enjoying and participating in therapy that aides their recovery.
