I’m sorry that you feel we let you down. Unfortunately we had your cleaner leave with no notice whist 2 others were on holiday leaving us very short of availability. Cleaning was rearranged for an alternate day but we could not fit in until the following week. However we had a complaint from our cleaner that you were making inappropriate comments to her so we came to the decision to cancel your contract as we were not prepared to send any of our ladies into that enviroment.
