How long have you been in business?
Ménage Cleaning Agency started in September 2016 and has grown from strength to strength in the last couple of years servicing the Godalming to Haslemere area and all the beautiful villages in between.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
We use your equipment and supplies so that you know exactly what is being used in your home and that nothing will be damaged by bringing in and using random products.
What do you love most about your job?
All of the cleaners on our books are lovely people as well as being great cleaners, some a re professional cleaners but many are local Mums who run a tight ship at home and know the things that drive us all mad when they are not done.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I could not find a good local cleaner and so decided to do something about it so that the search was easier for other people than it had been for me.
Why should our clients choose you?
Our unique selling point really is the people that are involved in Ménage Cleaning. We do not take on anyone that we would not have come and clean in our homes or that we would not feel confident about sending to clean at any of our Mothers houses. We go the extra mile to ensure that the service we provide is the best it can be, ALWAYS.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have continued to work during Lockdowns 2 and 3 and have had no cases of covid being spread by our cleaners.
You or your cleaner will make contact before every clean to check that no-one at the either house has any symptoms or is isolating. If no-one has or is then the clean will go head, however, if anyone at either house has any potential Covid symptoms or is unwell then the clean will be rescheduled.
All of our cleaners will sanitise or wash hands upon arrival at your home. They will also remove their shoes and put on a fresh pair of socks/footwear whilst in your home. We ask that you practise social distancing whilst the cleaner is in your house so no-one should be in the same room as them at the same time. They are not obliged to wear a mask and this is not necessary if social distancing is being adhered to. Some cleaners do wear a mask just for their own safety. Cleaning of hands is a constant thing whilst cleaners are cleaning. We only use your products and equipment so there is no taking of things from one house to another. Upon leaving your home they will wash their hands again (or sanitise) they will remove the footwear that they have been wearing in your home and put their outdoor shoes back on.
Weekly or Fortnightly Cleaning
We offer standard weekly or fortnightly cleaning from 2 hours upwards.
Dusting, hoovering, cleaning of bathrooms and kitchens. Hoovering and moping of floors.
Changing of beds if required.
We are also able to offer in house ironing or we have a pick up and drop off ironing service.
Blitz Cleans
We are able to offer one off blitz cleans at the weekends. We have a team of 2 that are very experienced and do a fabulous job. We do not clean carpets or ovens but we are able to get quotes for you from trusted companies that we have worked with for many years. We can arrange the carpet and oven cleaning and just present you with one invoice for all the works done.
