Absolutely incredible. Matt is just so lovely and took the most amazing photos of our wedding. During our Newlywed shoot he was great at directing, putting us at ease and was open to any ideas we had. The rest of the time we didn't even know notice him snapping away. It wasn't until we received the photos did we realise he was always in the background capturing those special candid moments...like a sneaky wedding photographer ninja! The thought of having a "stranger" turning up and taking photos on your special day can seem daunting at first. However, Matthew made us feel so comfortable and at ease, it was like being in the company of an old friend . We had asked for very informal photos of the day and nothing too staged and that's exactly what we got. Matthew had taken the time to get to know the grounds of the venue and knew what would make for a great photo. We booked Matthew after having to postpone our wedding at the beginning of the year due to COVID. He was an absolute pleasure to meet and have to capture our wedding day! Very lovely gentleman and very helpful when it came to planning and also on the day. The photos that we received were better than we could of dreamed of and were absolutely perfect! Sadly due to Covid we had to postpone our wedding.
From the very first email on booking Mathew he put my mind at ease and knew we had made the right choice.
Mathew was an amazing support with resedualing of our big day even though he couldn't accommodate our new date he was on hand to assist with getting a new photographer.
Mathew had offered a no quibble refund due to Covid and came good to his word.

What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
The secret to a great portrait, and wedding photography in general, is to ensure that your Bride and Groom are not only relaxed but also immersed in the day. I like to make sure my couples are comfortable with the arrangements we have made, so that I may fade into the background and only direct the situation when I'm required.
What do you love most about your job?
The best part about this job is being able to gift couples with such a special and unique present. Their satisfaction is what drives my motivations for this career choice.

I want potential couples to know that I'm here to listen. I want to hear what YOU value from my services so that I can assist you in the best possible way I can. I don't want to make your day all about the photographs. Of course, some posed shots are necessary and are natural do to when introduced correctly. However, I believe real beauty comes from the candids. This is where we find relax portraits full of warmth and colour, in real moments, jam-packed with emotion.
