I’ve experienced nothing but an exceptional brilliant service from the Mistoria team. My property is well maintained and any complaints I have had have been dealt with promptly. Sam and Sean have been very helpful through my process. Sean went out of his way at the weekend to show me round and Sam was very efficient with the process that within 10 days of paying my holding fee i have the keys. Thank You

I could not recommend this place enough, Sam and Sean have been fantastic during the letting of my home. They have been there from start to finish. Even at weekends and after shop hours. As it was my first home I was unsure of letting out to a complete stranger, they have found me a lovely tenant and handled all of the the other stuff, I haven’t had to do a thing. If I have been unsure of anything I have just been able to give them call or called in and always received a warm welcome. Even welcomed the dog which they all Fell in love with! Claire xx More...

The process of me moving in took rather longer than needed and did result in me having to stay at a friends house because I'm not from manchester, despite all the forms being done and 4 months of rent being paid. However Ellie, went out of her way to make sure it was done as soon as possible. So I would say the process of the documents and money being obtained could be improved so tenants can move in more promptly, otherwise, the staff are very friendly & are always available to help with anything and the house is very nice. Tanya is always available to help with our problems. She keeps us informed when issues arise as to what is going to be done. Maintenance come out as soon as possible which is usually the same day or the next which is great. Property does sometimes have problems but Mistoria Liverpool deal well with these issues. Found the property on rightmove - organising the viewing was very easy, the whole house was as it was listed on the website. Any questions or queries were answered straight away and requests given equal consideration. rooms are of descent size and kept to a good standard.
