Unless you have money to burn DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE SCAMMERS. We trusted them with our end of tenancy cleaning and have taken in total £500 over 4 hours of cleaning which my agent has come back and expressed that it doesn’t look like any cleaning has been done. AGNES conveniently claims to be out of the country as I’ve seen in the other reviews she’s done the same which is incredibly upsetting as I’ve emptied my pockets in order to make sure the house was perfect for the next tenant. If I could put zero stars I would, My sister hired this company to do our back garden. They agreed a price to do the needful. On the first day of they did a total of two hours and asked for money to be paid towards the job. We did that in good faith. The following day due to their car in the mechanic we were asked for more money which we again paid in good faith even though the job was not even 1/10 completed. The icing on the cake was the following day they did not come to work at all and still asked for more money. At that point it was best to terminate this job as this team was out to scam us. We had at that point already paid over and above what was already done for us. We decided to part with the money And We terminated the job. We have also had to bring in another team because we have machinery and grass bought for this job that now needs to be used up. They are totally unprofessional and out to SCAM you. I have a new team now who have found beer bottles as they drink on the job too. If reviews are important to you before taking on anyone DO NOT use this company ever. They scam you. Avoid avoid avoid. They will scam you. Agree a price well before hand and find out how many people will be turning up to do this job, if it’s a big team you will be charged per person and expected to pay all the members in the team. If it’s a multi day job you will be constantly asked for money in advance way before the job is even finished. A day of work for this team is 3 hours and they want to be paid for a full day.They will also change the price along the way even after a price is agreed. Again Avoid avoid avoid. I can’t be clearer. THE WORST CLEANING COMPANY I’ve ever seen. I booked them for professional cleaning and agreed 185 pounds. Few days before the cleaning she hiked the price and asked us to pay 400 pounds.
We had no other option in this short notice. Somehow, we had to agree for the price. We requested them that we’ll pay 100 pounds right now and rest amount will be paid after the inspection team is satisfied.They called us and asked to pay full amount right away and threatened us that they’ll destroy our rented accomodation if we failed to do so.We asked them to generate the invoice for 400 pounds so that we pay 100 pounds after cleaning and rest amount to be paid after the inspection is done by the inspection team. She started calling my flatmate and threatened him. Further to ease the situation, we paid them 400 pounds and asked her to come back if the inspection team isnt satisfied with the cleaning. She agreed to come back and the day we called her back, she switched off her phone. Furthermore she blocked my flatmate’s number.
This is so irritating. So unprofessional.
NEVER EVER BOOK THESE FRAUDSTERS. Take my review seriously people.

The flat was not cleaned properly.
They forgot to clean 5 kitchen cabinets and sofa. I have shown them photos of uncleaned area .
Considering the urgency, I end up hiring one more cleaner to clean the flat. Even they did not provide a proper bill for the services.

What inspired you to start your own business?
What inspired me to start my own company was the ambition to become independent and help others the best way possible.
After working for 15 plus in this industry/ business I believe I can manage and have the capacity to start my own now. I've played so many roles in this job such as ; a simple team member , supervisor and assistant.
I have decided to build my own ! Choose what services I can offer and provide as well as elect the best staff. Another reason to why i have decided to start my own business is because of my children , I want to be a role model for them i want them to inspire themselves in me and see that its never too late to follow their dreams .
