We had a lovely birthday for our 3 year old with Kate our Minie Mouse entertainer. Children were engaged and had lots of fun, I liked the fact that Kate didn’t push children to follow exactly all the instructions but went with the flow. Had a LEGO themed party last saturday. From chosing the best package up to sending confirmation, their service and communication is superb and top class. Sarah Jane who is our entertainer for the day is very professional, polite, energetic, someone who always smile and kept children mesmerised for 3hrs! Someting about Brilliant Birthdays that I learned of is that they focus on the QUALITY of their service and not on something else. Highly recommended, two thumbs up! I used Brilliant Birthdays the weekend just past and what an amazing company. I have nothing but praise to write about this company. They certainly go above and beyond any expectations. Upon booking our Unicorn party I advised them, that there would be children with special needs, they were more than happy to tweek games and activities to suit our needs. My niece had an absolute ball on Saturday, we went for the no theme no problem party and although there was no theme Amy made it fun for all the kids, they all had a great time playing the games and winning their prizes I will definitely use Brilliant Birthdays again and will be recommending to everyone I know that has children. I arranged an Alice in wonderland mad hatters tea party for my daughter, the booking was fast and easy and simplistic. Alice arrived on time and greeted all the children she was the Ultimate professional , nothing was to much bother and she kept all the children happy and busy. The games were imaginative and engaging and I could not of wish for a better children’s entertainer. I would certainly recommend Brilliant Birthdays and while they have a good selection of themed parties for me Alice was the best , no more will sing that song Alice , Alice who the ....... is Alice because in my eyes and my daughters she is the best !!! Hello We just wanted to get in touch to let you know what a fantastic party my son had last Saturday thanks to your fantastic ‘spaceman’ Brendan. He was superb - arriving in plenty of time, setting up with no fuss and most importantly keeping the kids entertained solidly for 2 hours - quite a feat with 28 3 and 4 years olds. He also ensured the birthday boy was ok as we’d informed Brendan that he’d broken his elbow! We were so impressed as were many of the parents who have asked for his details. We had the lovely Marta as Mickey Mouse for my son’s first bday. She was amazing and kept the energy up for the whole 45mins. She arrived early to prepare and finished with really nice balloons for all the kids. No landline to fix problem and their mobile signal was abysmal. Had to drive into town twice within two hour's, because I had to use my own landline. Pathetic!Been with Orange/EE for year's but this was the nail in the coffin after them going down hill. Changed to Tescos and never looked back. We celebrated my daughter's 6th birthday last Saturday and she wanted a Cops and Robbers theme. Sales people tell you what you want to hear and then hit you with a massive bill. Explained we have a young family and don’t want to lay out any more a month and they make us a deal where we actually pay less a month but for two contracts! Turned out a load of rubbish and have been hit with a £110 bill!! Double what we was paying! All customer services can say in a sarcastic voice is ‘did you expect to get two lines for £60 a month?’ Yes we did as that is what we was informed!!!!! They take advantage of young people in sticky situations and in a rush to pick up small children and then do not take responsibility for their actions after! Never again More...

We had Gaia as mickey mouse last weekend for our daughters 4th birthday. Gaia had 15nr 3-4 year olds totally engaged and having fun and then when mickey mouse came into the room after the childrens tea my daughter was totally in awe. She was constantly hugging mickey and dancing with mickey. She has loved mickey mouse clubhouse since a baby and this was amazing for her.
