I am a trainee Doctor of Counselling Psychology. I have a postgraduate degree in counselling psychology and a bachelor's in Psychology. Due to the pandemic, I am offering £30 reduced sessions. I think it’s important as a community we work together to support individuals and be able to provide affordable effective therapy.

I was suffering from intrusive thoughts and various other problems. I felt that through therapy I was heard. I also was able to challenge these thoughts putting my life back on track. I would highly recommend this service to anyone who is looking for a great counsellor. More...

I had 12 sessions for my anxiety and depression. At first, I was a bit reluctant to the process of therapy and talking through my emotions and actively making changes to thoughts and behaviours. However, each week I was able to make progress. When I reflected back afterwards I could see the difference especially in my mood and reduced anxiety levels. I would like to say thank you to mindfulness counselling for helping me regain control of my life. More...
What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to provide clients with a safe space to talk through their emotions and feelings. I also love being able to help people work through their difficulties.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my own business because I would like to work with the client and build our own terms whereas for an organisation clients only receive a certain fixed number of sessions and will never see the counsellor again.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
