Hello and welcome to my Bark page. I will try to be very informative without too much psycho-babble. I have been helping individuals and groups break free from their issues for almost 25 Years. These could be feelings of depression, anxiety, phobia or emotional trauma.

I'm very passionate about working in the field of change, watching how individuals and groups change quickly with the techniques I use. I'm a firm believer in "Change how you think, changes how you feel".

I obtained my Diploma In Humanistic Counselling way back in 1996. I'm always keen to learn something new, so I decided to train with Europe's oldest Hypnotherapy training establishment. My clients started to change their undesired issues quickly using Hypnotherapy.

​Believing in personal development, I researched more techniques that I could use in my practice. I started to specialise in eye movement therapy and psycho-sensory techniques. These techniques can be learnt quickly and used by my clients. Teaching them to take full responsibility for their own well-being.

​Not one form of therapy will suit all clients. That's why it's important for you to work with someone that can use various techniques to help you change how you feel!

I have studied and taught many modalities. My main techniques I use are:
