I was inspired to become a therapist due to my own personal life experiences. I know how it feels to be the client and walk into that therapy room for the first time. From personal experience I know how therapy can help to give you a more positive outlook and empower you to make the changes you need for your future.
I practice as an Integrative Psychotherapist (Prof.Dip Psy C), BACP Individual Member (00956291) which means I can work with multiple models to suit the client’s needs. I am an accredited member of the National Counselling Society. An example of some of the models I work with are Psycho-dynamic, CBT, Gestalt, Person Centred. I can provide you with a safe, confidential and comfortable environment to talk. I will listen to you, talk though problems and concerns with you, explore links from the past which may be having an effect on the here and now and look for positive solutions helping to empower you for the future.
I am also a fully qualified Hypnotherapist (Cert Hyp CS) and an accredited member of the National Hypnotherapy Society. Hypnotherapy can be a stand alone therapy or work well alongside Counselling.
