Sarah was fantastic from the beginning of the mortgage application process all the way through.
She was always very patient - we are first-time buyers so often needed a lot of info/explanations etc.
Where other brokers spoke to us in jargon Sarah broke down the process into bite size chunks ensuring we understood every step and decision we were making.
She has outstanding knowledge of the house buying process and the help to buy scheme. If ever there were grey areas she was committed to finding the required information and coming back to us promptly.
Through Sarah we were able to have access to a deal that we would not have been able to secure ourselves. We have already recommended her to family members and will certainly use her again the future.

The process of buying a house and moving is incredibly stressful and for some people like me a very emotional time. Rebecca not only secured me a great Mortgage Offer based on a rapid assessment of my circumstances, she was instrumental in herding the cats throughout the entire process!
