They arrived on site 20 minutes early, done a thorough and accurate dimensions of the existing property and also the extension and double garage with office above,
Produced the drawings for approval (2options) within week,
Submitted the drawings to the planing permission,
All the way through kept us up to date with the progress,

What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy turning clients dreams in to reality, by being part of their development, adding value and improvement. A section of my business also deals directly with DDA works, which amplifies job satisfaction.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to offer my full attention and detail directly to my clients, there was no other way of making this possible.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have a good wealth of architectural & 'all round' construction knowledge and experience. I consider myself to be competitive and very 'good value for money'. I have over 10 years experience in construction project management and quantity surveying, allowing me to run jobs from start to finish, while being able to manage the financial aspects too. On top of the above, I'm very friendly, approachable and always happy to help.

80% of my work is carried out from my office, although the remaining 20% (Site Surveys and Meetings) are carried out on site.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We strongly practice social distancing, carry hand sanitiser and face coverings.
