A reassuring, professional and friendly company. First time we have ever used movers rather than doing it ourselves. Initial guy came to quote- seemed totally knowledgeable and was smart and quick. The quote was VERY competitive compared to competition. Paid the invoice and gave them a few requirements in advance. Nothing phased them and everything we asked they did. Three guys worked non stop on the day. Loading into a lift then out into the van. Raining and miserable but they didn’t stop once. Really polite and friendly. The main guy was really nice, was saying how much he enjoys getting nice people settled into their nice new homes! We literally thought that it would be low paid box carriers but instead total professionals. Our competition was delayed by quite a few hours. We had paid for the delay exemption tho.The team were totally relaxed about it. Really reassuring at a stressful time. Worked tirelessly until late into the evening. Would absolutely use them again. I used Mills Removals in 2010 to help my partner and I move and place belongings into storage for 1 year.The team arrived in Horley and were pleasant, careful and, actually, fun to talk to. They took the bed, mattress and other items away and stored them securely. Circumstances changed and we needed our possessions back quickly. Simply the best! Moving house is stressful, what you want is a company that will be there when they say they will, move your stuff carefully for a very reasonable price. The office admin of this company seemed quite poor disorganised giving a poor first impression, not responding to emails and calls and the like. They need to sort this as we almost walked away.However, when you can get to speak with the father of this family owned business you will be comfortably reassured that they know their service very well, will look after you and your prize possessions with maximum care and attention.On move day, they turned up exactly on time with a fantastic bunch of guys, all very politie and friendly, eager to help, and they got on with the job with speed and efficiency. The move day went perfectly - we are very grateful as we were moving with two young children which brings its on fun.Short summary, they need to sort out their office operation, but dont be put off, the price is good and the service on move day is fantastic.
