I have tried previously different personal trainers but never got the results I was looking for.Mike is well different, I been using using him for Many years now , I couldn’t be happier with the service , professionalism, understanding, very flexible around my working schedule, always giving an extra push and support , Workout are always original , tough and well rewarding .

Mike has a very professional approach to preparing and delivering a programme to meet my needs covering nutrition and exercise tailored to my goals. He does so in a manner that makes you look forward to going in to the sessions which for me is 1/2 the battle and when I’ve finished I know I’ve been pushed hard. I am no longer intimidated by gyms and I am actually enjoying exercise for the first time in my life - all thanks to Mike's support, patience and encouragement when I first started training with him. He is an excellent motivator and has really helped to build my confidence. He has a holistic approach to health and fitness, and is very good at tailoring his programmes to the individual. I’ve had the pleasure of using Mikes PT on many of occasions. Mike takes his time to understand what your personal goal may be. I believe by Mike taking the time to invest in what you want, allows him to best use his experience and knowledge to tailor his approach to me as an individual. Mike’s a great motivator, very encouraging as like anyone I do need that extra push to know my limits and when my performance is lacking. I started personal training with Mike when I wanted to get into weights in the gym but didn't know where to start. Mike didn't just tell me what to do and ask me to blindly follow, he not only taught me the correct technique and form in the gym but he also educated me on nutrition and how to implement this for myself. Couldn't recommend him enough!

Very friendly and professional personal trainer that tailors the workouts to your goals. I saw vast improvements after going to him and it helped build my confidence to go to the gym by myself and be able to work out effectively.

Awesome tough mudder training. Great if you're needing that extra push and motivation to go that extra mile and more. Would definitely recommend it to anyone whether doing tough mudder or not.

MLRT - 2 classes a week over 16 weeks and split into 4 blocks. Just finished the 16 weeks tonight. You can just sign up to 1 class a week, First time I've ever taken part in this type of cardio, conditioning and strength training. Mike has designed the sessions to enable people of all abilities to attend. The fitter and stronger you are, the higher the intensity and the heavier the weights. I have physically noticed huge improvements in my core strength, stamina and flexibility. Mike and Ed provide great support, continued encouragement and a close eye on your technique. Highly recommend these training sessions. Roll on the start of the next 16 week block. Go on, you can do it........ Great bunch of people all working hard and enjoying the benefits of all their hard work. More...

I contacted Mike last year in June as I was trying to improve my strength as I wanted to do more mountain biking and running. I went first through one-to-one personal training followed by attending Mike's Monday classes. Mike was very helpful from the beginning. He checked my eating habits and discovered that I was not eating enough! After improving my daily intake of food and water I started to see the difference. I became stronger, cycling bad ass hills was not anymore an issue, and I even started to see the difference at work as I stopped being tired in the afternoons after having a lunch! I will not lie, the first few weeks at gym were torture! I was usually sore for 2-3 days after having a session at gym with Mike! However, I decided to stick with the exercise and to keep attending Mike's classes. After few weeks I stopped being sore after exercising in the class and I also noticed how my body was changing. I became stronger and full of energy! I recommended Mike to my brother and I have to say, Mike and Ed managed impossible with him! My two good friends also started to attend Mike's and Ed's classes and they love it! I even managed my partner to get to gym and to loose some weight under Mike's and Ed's supervision :) I am happy to say that we all can now see that the hard work has paid off :) I would really recommend Mike and Ed to everyone who has been struggling for a while, or to who does not know how or where to start…Mike and Ed are AWESOME and they will help you to achieve impossible! I recently completed Mike'sTough MudderTraining. Having completed a few obstacle races in the past few years I knew how much distance running is involved and having attended a few bootcamps in Perth, I knew their focus was not on distance running. However as it was a great price and had excellent reviews, I signed up and I was glad I did! Two sessions every week one where Mike and his team set realistic runs as part of the training, gradually increasing the distance every week along with technique advice and encouragement. The other focusing on functional fitness and conditioning, really prepared me for Tough Mudder. I highly recommend training with Mike and his team and investing in yourself to prepare for an obstacle race like Tough Mudder as you will enjoy a hell of a lot more if you are prepared for it! Just back from an amazing time in Portugal, despite having a fractured rib I managed to join in with most of the activities, loved cycling over the cliffs enjoying amazing views of the coast, sandbag beach exercises was a challenge but great fun, the triathlon on the last day was good too surprised myself at my time for swimming and cycling! ! Time off in the afternoon was nice lying by the pool at the villa or going for walks along the beach! Sorbet at the marina is a must, after a days workout it's a well deserved treat! Best part.... back home on the scales... lost 10 pounds!! Thanks to everyone in the group for making it a fantastic time!! More...
