After I sent photos and described the job 5 fruit tree stumps to be removed, they quoted very quickly with suggested dates. I had some other questions and they responded immediately. On the day James arrived Promptly, he brought special equipment that could be carried though the house ( I live in a terrace with limited access) He was very polite and personable and cracked on with the job digging down very deeply to expose all the roots. I was impressed by his professionalism and knowledge. He worked hard and used his equipment to grind and remove all trace of the stumps and roots. Brilliant! We discussed future plans for my garden and he listened to my ideas as well as putting forward some of his own. He is going to work on som ideas and quotes for me. We had a quite a large tree stump on the boundary with our neighbour that we wanted removed, with some restrictions on access and working space. I sent a few photographs to MWM. A competitive price was provided by return. The work was carried out exactly when promised. The extent of stump removed and the professional manner of execution and extent of stump removed far exceeded my expectation. The site was left in a very tidy state and without any secondary damage. What do you love most about your job?
Getting to see projects go from start to completion. Often we are called in to deal with overgrown gardens and paddocks that require complete clearance...it's a great feeling to see areas that were once covered in brambles, stumps and rubble converted into something new.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After working in the maintenance and landscaping industry for many years I noticed that it could often be difficult for domestic clients to get access to specialist equipment, either because it was too expensive to hire or too large to get through domestic gates and driveways.
We decided to specialise in bringing specialist tight access equipment to domestic jobs...we now have a range of small roughcutter machines, atv towed flail mowers, hand-held stump grinders etc - all of which can be used in settings where tractors and tracked machines are unable to reach.
We can deliver this equipment throughout Powys, Gwynedd, Shropshire, Wales and the Midlands.
