With over 25 years’ experience working in a variety of senior roles for international companies, I have developed an exceptional knowledge and understanding of diverse working cultures and environments.
I bring to my transition coaching a deep understanding of business and how people are the main drivers of any organisation.
I encourage each of my clients to take control of their careers, overcome obstacles, real or supposed, and to realise their career ambitions.
Through helping my clients make successful career transitions, I am able to help them grow both personally and professionally throughout the process.
I work with the White Ensign Association, a charity offering personal help and advice for all serving and former members of the Royal Navy, Royal Marines, their Reserves and Families.
