Carpet Cleaning
£17 Per average size room
Standard Clean
£15 Per Person – Per Hour
During a domestic standard clean, we undertake the following:
•Removal of cobwebs from ceiling and beams, high/low level dusting.
•Sanitizing of kitchen/utility areas – Including wiping down of all cupboards, worktops, bleaching and lime scale treatment of sink. Cleaning oven tops and hood (If not heavily soiled)
•Sanitizing of all bathrooms, toilets and en-suites – including wiping down of all shelves/cabinets, cleaning of mirrors, cleaning & bleaching of toilet, cleaning of sink, shower tray and bath. Lime scale treatment of sinks.
•Vacuum all carpeted areas.
•Vacuum of settees and chairs and down sides.
•Sweep and Mop all hard floors.
•Dust and polish all units, shelving, window ledges etc.
•Dust and polish ornaments, mirrors and picture frames.
•Dust and polish TV/Stereo and their stands.
•Empty all waste baskets/bins.
Changing of bedding (if requested)
Deep Clean
£20 Per Person – Per Hour
During a domestic deep clean, we undertake the following:
•Removal of cobwebs from ceilings and beams, high/low level dusting.
•Cleaning of all internal windows.
•Sanitizing of all switches, handles and fixings.
•Cleaning of skirting boards.
•Cleaning inside of cupboards and drawers (if empty on arrival)
•Steam clean / sanitizing of kitchen/utility areas – Including wiping down of all cupboards, worktops, bleaching and lime scale treatment of sink. Cleaning oven tops and hood (If not heavily soiled)
•Steam clean / sanitizing of all bathrooms, toilets and en-suites – including wiping down of all shelves/cabinets, cleaning of mirrors, cleaning & bleaching of toilet, cleaning of sink, shower tray and bath. Lime scale treatment of sinks.
•Cleaning of glass shower screens & chrome work.
•Vacuum all carpeted areas – Moving of furniture where required to vacuum behind and under.
•Vacuum of settees and chairs and down sides.
•Sweep and Mop all hard floors.
•Dust and polish all units, shelving, window ledges etc.
•Dust and polish ornaments, mirrors and picture frames.
•Dust and polish TV/Stereo and their stands.
•Empty all waste baskets/bins.
•Changing of bedding.

£25 Per Person – Per Hour
