Client feedback and reviews. My therapy studies included client practise and I recognized I was able to help people and got very good reviews. This gave me the courage to start my own business.

I am eager to educate my clients about the approaches I use to help them gain transferrable skills and flourish in their lives.

My client reviews are excellent, have a look at some of my client reviews:

Services

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) teaches people how to overcome past, present and future problems by focusing on and changing presently unhealthy beliefs. CBT helps people to develop an approach to life that can increase their wellbeing in many areas of life.

For example, in the UK, CBT is used extensively for many mental health problems by the NHS and is recommended by NICE (National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence).

Rational emotive cognitive behavioural therapy (RECBT, also known as REBT) is one form of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). It offers a therapeutic structure helping the client to achieve long-lasting emotional and behavioural change. RECBT helps you to overcome your challenges and implement healthy and realistic thinking and behaviour in your life. Even later on, the client can then apply this approach to all areas of their life that they find challenging.

Hypnotherapy can deepen the CBT process and thus help clients make the desired changes in their life. It is a safe and natural way of using our inner resources to reorganise our thoughts and behaviours. The process is based on your willingness and motivation. There are absolutely no side effects of hypnotherapy. You can then also learn how to use self-hypnosis techniques, for example, to relieve stress and anxiety.

One of my clients wrote about her experience like this:

"I have also explored hypnotherapy with Mia and in one hypnotherapy session have been able to master a 16 year addiction. I was surprised how different hypnotherapy was from my initial expectations – it is both led by me and performed on an entirely conscious level. Totally different to the perceptions I had about hypnotherapy that centred on someone taking control of my mind. It's just not like the movies!!" 32 YEAR OLD LADY

UK NHS website explains hypnosis as follows: "Hypnotherapy uses a deep relaxed state and goal-directed suggestions to help you towards your agreed goals, for example when you want to quit certain habit. You are fully in control under hypnosis and you don’t have to take on any of the therapist’s suggestions if you don’t want to. You can bring yourself out of the state during the hypnosis if you need. Hypnosis doesn't work if you don't want to be hypnotised."

Integrative therapy is the most common type of therapy that integrates different therapeutic approaches and techniques tailoring them to suit your specific challenges. It embraces the uniqueness of every client. Usually, there is one main approach during the process, for example, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and then different kinds of other approaches and techniques are combined to this main approach.
