Kwame was on time, polite and very professional.
He did a good job, the only thing I was let down on was the toilet bowl not being cleaned 100%.
However this was not his fault as he did his best, unfortunately he was not fully equipped from the company with all cleaning products.
Apart from this (which he wasn't to blame for) he did a great Job.

UNBELIEVABLE service!!!! 10 stars if I could. Let down by another cleaning service last minute. 6pm thursday evening, Merz Cleaning agreed to an end of tenancy clean for exceptional value. The cleaner turned up 20 mins early at 8:15am. Amazing punctuality and very nice and friendly guy. The place did need a signifcant clean. When i returned after 6-7 hours, i was amazed. I have been using different cleaning services for many years in London but this service has been the best. They are thorough and have cleaned all the kitchen units in and out.
The bathrooms have also been cleaned dot free. The efforts taken were well seen in the results.
