We recently used Merryweathers in Doncaster for the sale of my Mums house as well as dealing with them on the purchase of a new bungalow. From start to finish the Merryweathers team have been professional and promptly arrived when they said they would. The initial engagement was quick and Scott came out to discuss costs within a few days of us making our initial enquiry. We already had a floor plan and EPC so that saved a few pounds as well as deciding to do our own viewing this is personal preference, we went for a fixed price no sale no fee rather than with some of the internet based agents where you pay regardless of a sale and while this was slightly more we had peace of mind. I had a few valuations for my property before deciding to choose Merryweathers. There were numerous reasons for this. Scott valued my property and his enthusiasm shone through. He was vibrant and full of life and this made me feel Merryweathers would give that same energy in selling my house. He also valued it at the best price and took in to account the extensive work I had done to improve the property. I had an offer from the first viewing and accepted.
