The initial problem was related to the boiler which was not working. James was able to visit later in the day to diagnose the problem and arrange for the spare part to be ordered. These arrived within a couple of days and the boiler was back working. Also while on site he advised on a couple of things that needed to be done which should of been done at installation. Originally phoned as my boiler had stopped working. Had a prompt reply and arranged a call-out. Diagnosis was not great but managed to do a temporary fix as old boiler was not really worth repairing due to parts being expensive. Advice given was to get new boiler as obviously would be more efficient and cost effective.Old one was approx 18 years old! Arranged for new boiler on recommendation and day to be fitted. Arrived on day that was agreed. Removed old boiler and completed all fitting of new boiler plus pipe work that was required.
