I emailed Alan regarding a faulty external hard drive I had with all my valuable photos. Not only was Alan extremely quick at responding to my emails, he was incredibly polite and easy to deal with. He even offered to pick up and drop off my hard drive. The evaluation itself was free when I had been quoted over £50+ from other companies just for the evaluation!
