Jack who does the 8.15 class was brilliant. In the Huntscross Gym. I have been off the gym for 2 years after having 2 babies and was so nervous about starting a new gym and attending classes, but everyone was so Friendly and I loved the class. This is a large, clean and well-equipped gym. The staff are friendly and helpful. The ladies changing rooms are spotless. However, people use the sauna in their underwear and even dry their sweaty gym stuff in there while they get dressed which I think is very weird and extremely unhygienic . Imagine expecting people to breathe humid air filled with the stench and microscopic bacteria from your exercise gear. Apparently in the men's, it's even worse for it and they also throw water on the leccy heater too. Come on guys, we aren't in Finland, use those well rounded heads. More...

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I help my clients achieve their fitness goals by firstly setting a specific goal which is realistic to them and agreeing on an achievable timeframe.
During this time I continuously track their progress with regular check-ins and review chats to evaluate if they are on track.
I believe that by setting a specific goal for the client this makes them more accountable to their training which yields better overall results.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The secret to getting the body of your dreams is... there is No Secret!
Unfortunately, there is no quick fix and it is purely down to being consistent with your training and nutrition.
What do you love most about your job?
I love that i am surrounded with positive people who all want to better themselves in on way or another whether that is physically or mentally.
