I offer Humanistic Therapy for adults, couples and teenagers with parental or guardian consent. I have worked with a range of issues such as depression, anxiety, bereavement, psycho-sexual issues, trauma, insomnia, self-harm, substance abuse and low self-esteem.

My goal is to aid your personal progression by supporting your emotional needs in the immediate, helping you to heal and form better patterns of relating to yourself and your environment and working with you to create a healthier and happier future.

I offer face to face sessions and also offer a remote phone or face time service.

(Please note that I offer support with psycho-sexual difficulties to women (individual) and couples only.)
