Great, quality detail every time I work with Raj and Rish. Raj is extremely responsive, and always seeks to give the best recommendation for your particular need. I have taken two cars to them. The first was a new family SUV. Protection from bikes, dogs, kids, etc. was key. They advised on the right places to install paint protection film, and covered the rest of the vehicle in ceramic. The car resides outside in London, and looks like new with a simple hose wash. I recently took a 1979 911 Targa, which has the original, 41 year old paint. Picked up the X5 this week, once again he has knocked it out of the park. The car looks amazing. A lot of people question the worth of this treatment, probably because of their experiences with the major car manufacturer’s products. Raj has done a fantastic job on my car today. The inside of the car was absolutely filthy! But he is clearly a perfectionist and takes a lot of pride in what he does.
I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who wants a professional valet done on their cars as I will be 100% using him again (I’ll try not to get it so dirty next time 🙈😂) His prices are also amazing! I’ve paid more than double his prices in the past and they didn’t get the car nearly as clean!

After a couple of poor repairs, plus after 30,000 miles of hard life and living outside, my car was in need of a it of TLC.
After Raj's efforts it's now back to as good as when I picked it up brand new. Raj paint corrected out all the bad workmanship from two body shop repairs.

The valeting stage is the most important step in proper maintenance of your cars appearance. Every valet undertaken by us is done so with the utmost care and attention to detail, using the highest quality products and equipment that will enhance and protect your cars appearance, not damage it.
All valets can be tailored to your preference so please get in touch if you need anything that is not listed.
Car Detailing
Premium detailing, waxing and ceramic coating services.
There is much conjecture over the definition of ‘detailing’; indeed, many of the processes are the same as valeting, and it could be said a ‘detail’ is a super in depth ‘valet’.
Here at Medusa, we define detailing as anything involving machine polishing to permanently remove defects from the paint surface. This process will provide a level of gloss and clarity unachievable via hand polishing methods. Naturally, this process is much more time consuming and high risk than hand polishing, but rest assured you are in skilled hands!
All cars appearances, yes even new cars, can be let down by defects in the cars clear coat and glass and bad washing techniques. These defects can include tree sap, brake dust, bird lime etching, swirl marks, scratches, orange peel and everyday airborne contaminates.
All of these problems can be rectified by using one of our detailing packages. Further problems are prevented by signing up to one of our maintenance package.

These services are only available on the weekends, car would have to be dropped off at our workshop either in Luton or Harrow. New Car Protection package & Enhancement detail are available as a mobile service.
