I'd recommend MedUKCare to anyone with a relative with Dementia who could benefit from personalised care.
The best thing about MedUKCare is that they provide the same carer to look after your loved one, as a different face at the door each week can be so confusing for someone with Dementia.
They really understand what it means to care for people in need. Now I can look forward to spending quality time with my parents thanks to MedUKCare.

What do you love most about your job?
What we love most about our job is the smiles from the clients and their families and friends. We also love seeing individuals regain skills and independence, after having the right support in place.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Quality home care should be affordable for all the people that need it. Far too many times care is extremely expensive and the quality is not good enough. Having worked in the industry for over 10 years, I have seen what can go wrong and what can go right, and we want to be the provider that gets things right for people.
Why should our clients choose you?
Our mission and vision is to create a company that can provide top quality home care at affordable prices. We empower our carers "to care" by providing the basics, good hourly pay, pension and other benefits, including free training. As a family run business we are approachable and make ourselves accessible to our clients and carers to provide constant support.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Covid-19 testing for all our staff and making vaccinations mandatory for all care staff that work with vulnerable clients or families that are shielding.
