Hi, my name is Mark and I have been professionally involved in the fitness industry since 2019. However, my journey really began in 2015.

Fitness became a part of my life when I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety at 21. Days were often up and down, with no sense of stability.

Mark is an absolute gem, he’s very kind and understanding and will go at your pace, but will also challenge you. In my free taster session I was very nervous and not even a week later I am feeling confident on machines I had never touched prior to seeing him! He’s very approachable about mental health issues too, and is always willing to have a chat, which I find even nicer. Thank you for all your hard work!! More...

Mark was absolutely fantastic! I was a bit wary with returning to the gym, particularly due to COVID, but he took the time and explained all the safety measures that were in place to ensure that I was comfortable.

I really liked the fact that I got to do a FREE taster session, to make sure it was the right fit for me, and I absolutely loved it.

I am now signed up to do 2 x 1 hour sessions per week, with the opportunity to get £10 back in 4 weeks time. This is great for me because it gives me a financial motive to stay motivated and achieve my goals.

5 stars - would absolutely recommend.

Through bespoke training plans.
I will work with you to understand what you enjoy, to make workouts fun, whilst still bringing the intensity.

Consistency.
This is why, through the MD the PT Reward scheme, you are rewarded for your progress. It takes, on average, 4 weeks to establish a pattern or habit. That's why if you achieve your 4 week targets, you'll receive a REFUND back on your payment.

Physical Activity can have such a positive impact on your Mental Health (whether you experience mental illness or not). For me, being able to work with you to achieve your goals (whatever they may be), is enough!
If, after training with me, you feel comfortable to come to the gym and workout yourself, then I have achieved my goal.

Fitness became a part of my life when I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety at 21. Days were often up and down, with no sense of stability. I joined the gym as a way of relieving myself from the outside pressures of the world, creating a safe space for me. Although the gym was a foreign and daunting place, I quickly fell in love with fitness and began to see positive results in both my mind and my body.

From that moment, I knew that fitness would always be a major part of my life. As a result, I can confidently say I am living a healthier, and more importantly, happier life. I made the change in career and moved into the fitness industry as I wanted to tell my story in the hope of inspiring others that anything is possible.
