Having had surgery to repair a torn Achilles I was nervous about returning to regular exercising and increasing loads but Oli took time to listen to my concerns and developed a bespoke programme for me. Oli ensured that my technique was safe for each exercise and in doing so gave me back my confidence to return to frequent gym sessions. More...

Hygiene has always been a core part of massage therapy but additional measures include masks (optional for client) and gloves if appropriate.
In the gym all equipment is wiped down inbetween exercises and at the end of each session.
