What do you love most about your job?
I have been in the Security Industry for nearly 10 years, starting out as a Door Supervisor and Security Officer. I enjoyed nearly all aspects of the industry i was in, especially as a young lad being paid to be out on a weekend was also nice too. The main aspect of Security that i enjoy is the different people that you meet on a daily basis, From actors, to MP's to normal every day people, everyone has a story and everyone has experiences, hearing those stories and meeting people you never thought possible makes this industry and the Career i do very interesting to say the least.
What inspired you to start your own business?
For being in the industry for nearly 10 years I have worked for various different Companies some with great potential and some set in their ways. I had noticed that the bigger the Company that i worked for the less they generally cared about their Clients and Staff, they only really cared about them when they were near losing them. This is what set me in motion to start my own Business, I wanted to be able to give a great service to my Clients and my Staff and make them feel wanted and needed as an integral part of my Company. The Security industry has been stuck in a state of limbo for many years with a lot of companies big and small are stuck in their ways of getting as much from the client as possible and paying their staff as minimal as possible and to me that seemed unethical and not viable to becoming a long lasting and highly respected Company.
Clients should find Value in the services that are supplied, and Staff should be paid a respectable and rewarding pay rate to compliment the work and effort they put into keeping Clients happy, let me show an example below:
Companies i previously worked for:
Charge Clients £15.00/20.00 - Pay Staff £10.00 - Would take £5.00/10.00 profit - Charge staff to be paid via Payroll - would Supply Clients with minimal requirements possible.
The way i want to run my company:
Charge Clients £15.00 - Pay Staff £12.00 - Would take £3.00 profit - Staff paid by Payroll is free - Would Supply Clients with High Caliber Staff by paying top rate.
Why should our clients choose you?
I run my business very transparently, having a trust and respect with my Clients and letting know how their money is being spent on Security Staff so they know the kinds of service they are receiving. I have a dedicated service for every Client, i am always a phone call or an email away from any queries or concerns a Client would have. If a Client is paying for a service it is my job to meet that service 100% without any extra cost to the Client and no excuses to the Client. I would never take a contract on if i wasn't absolutely certain that i could fulfill the requirements with high quality staff. As a Company the Client should feel happy with the services they are requiring and as a Company the staff should feel happy and have pride and respect for the Company they work for. Treating Clients and Staff right is key to a rewarding business.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All Staff are required to wear the correct PPE in any work place setting.
Any Staff reporting any kinds of symptoms is taken off the contract and required to have a Covid Test as earliest as possible.
As a Company we are very transparent with our Clients and will not hold back on any information.
