How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
When I first meet a client, I conduct a thorough assessment to discuss Short term and Long Term goals and what the client wants to achieve. I will then plan our sessions based on what the client wants to achieve
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
I am very honest with my Clients and as the saying goes ' Rome wasn't built in the day'
Lifestyle/body changes take time, but if you have the motivation to succeed( with my assistance)there is no reason why you can't have the body of your dreams. Hard work does pay off and its certainly worth it.
What do you love most about your job?
I used to be a Nurse, but decided to change career due to my love of Fitness.
Being a former Nurse, my passion for caring and helping people shines through! I love seeing the results and the happiness my clients experience when they have reached their goals. Having been a big Part of making this happen gives me great job satisfaction!
In my opinion there is no other career that gives me more pleasure. I love going to work evey day and changing peoples lives!

What inspired you to start your own business?
During my own Weight loss Journey I wanted to pass on the benefits to others. I
want others to reep the rewards such as Feeling Healthy, Increased energy levels, body confidence, improvement in Mental Health, feeling Stronger, benefits of good nutrition

I have been on my own Weight loss journey. Before I became a Personal Trainer i was Obese, lacked Motivation and had no energy. I transformed my life through hiring a PT , which was another reason why I chose this as my career. I can totally empathise with clients. I know what works in terms of weight loss, increasing fitness levels and Nutrition. (I am living proof of that)I am determined to help clients achieve their goals, I am a highly motivated, skilled and energetic Personal Trainer, I've also been told I 'radiate positive vibes " :)

As a Personal Trainer i am not there to ' Beast my Clients ' , The PT/ Client relationship is a Therapeutic one. I design my programmes with my Clients Goals always at the forefront of my mind.
I will always try to make Sessions fun, each session being different.
Many of my clients have become good friends -
I thrive on helping my clients to achieve the results they want, there is no better feeling than seeing my clients progress and achieve the results they strive for.
My specialties are Hypertrophy, Weight Loss, Toning, Mental Health.

NUTRITION GUIDANCE
My role as a Personal trainer involves educating clients About the benefits of healthy eating- such as the benefits of Protein, Carbohydrates, healthy fats, and other macro/ micro nutrients.
When a client starts with me i send them a 15 page Nutrition Guide which includes plenty of information, including explanations of food groups, shopping lists and meal ideas.
As Personal Trainers it is out of our scope to write meal plans, but i do include Healthy Meal Ideas

You are entitled to a free 30-45 minute taster session, to tour the facilities, we will sit down and discuss your goals and what youd like to achieve.
