Last Tuesday night I opened a cupboard in my kitchen to find water. I look up and it’s coming through the ceiling just underneath where my water cylinder is, I go upstairs to find water dribbling out of my immersion. I google 24hr plumbers and Mays came up. I called them and they immediately came out. There were with me inside and hour and isolated the problem. I was in a panic because I had family coming that weekend and was faced with having no hot water. I emailed them to ask when they could fit me in, and they came out that Friday am and sorted it. Absolutely superb service, lovely lovely people and priced perfectly even for the emergency call out! I have now said they will be in charge of all my plumbing work going forward. We had a serious leak in a shower room and called out at 830pm. Steve arrived within 20 mins, checked the megaflow tank, isolated the electric shower and capped it off in 30 mins to allow us to get the water back on. Very quick response and got us sorted out.Great stuff! More...

By the time any other company responded Mays had come out, repaired it and left!. Not only that they performed more checks than any other service engineer I had and gave me great ongoing advice, I would strongl advise anyone to use them- finally an honest and geat gas boiler service
