What do you love most about your job?
I love supporting and challenging people to reach their potential. Being alongside people when they realise their dreams is a privilige.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I got such a buzz from coaching people when I initially did my coaching and mentoring training, that I decided to do it as often as I could so I started my coaching business as a side project alongside working as the Coaching Lead at a NHS Hospital Trust. So now I can coach as often as I can
Why should our clients choose you?
As a coach I will not advise or guide. I will listen and ask questions based on what I see to help you raise your own awareness about what you value. You can then make decisions based on your values and change your life to suite what is important for you and not what is just important to others.
As a coach I am climbing my mountain, just as you are climbing yours. I will not tell you how to climb your mountain, I will ask you questions about your journey based on what I can see from my mountain, that will help you consider the best route to take.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have moved almost exclusively online, however I will coach outside, face to face (walking coaching) when the weather allows.
