Mark was recommended to us by a friend and we couldn't have been more satisfied with every aspect of the work he undertook for us. The brief was varied and included wardrobes, alcove units, bench seating, a dressing table and a media unit. Mark took time to understand our requirements, drafting up computer generated sketches and 3D drawings. We made a number of changes, but nothing was too much trouble and Mark patiently re-sketched the designs until we were totally satisfied and ready to move forward. Mark has his own workshop - so we avoided the inevitable mess and dust created by carpenters working on-site which was a massive plus and freed up space for the other tradespeople to continue with their work. Once Mark came back to fit, the quality of the craftsmanship was evident - and our building firm were themselves very impressed.Mark's professionalism, punctuality and reliability throughout was always on point - and he always found time to answer our questions and respond to any queries we had.
