How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
Check the structure is i attatched to the property or a seperate building

Line outer walls insulate .raise floor and insulate .1st fix electrics /, plumbing where required fut new ceiling .plaster .2nd fix electrics

Speak with an architect .check roof ridge height minimum requirements are 2010 from floor to ceiling

Depending on if its a velux window or a dorma .1 install steels to take new joist 2 install new floor as plstform to work off 3 strip back roof .4 install dorma or velux to water tight
