What makes a great website?
Analytics Testing and Tracking. There is little point in having a website developed if google cannot find it and it is not getting ranked on the 1st page of Google. Furthermore (and as important), is tracking what clients do on your website. If they exit on page 1 at a certain point we know that point has to be fixed. It's like walking into a physical business and being ignored - you just walk out the door online is no different in that way. What we can do however is monitor exactly what the turn off is for the customer is and directly related is what is they positively react to . How potential clients react and entering them into a comfortable follow up retargeting process, and ultimately sales funnel is paramount. It is no surprise that a huge amount of sales are made on the 6th or more contact. That can be massively time consuming. We are experts in leveraging each and every contact towards your end goal.

What do you love most about your job?
Meeting all walks of businesses and getting them the work they need. It's a strange mix of technical and creative thinking. The online space is constantly changing and so I am constantly learning. There is nothing greater to me than helping creative and driven business owners succeed. There is a reason that every platform in advertising is customer centric. Be that Google, Facebook, INstagram, Twitter, customer is king. I think the same way. We are not a massive robot platform exploiting clients for failed results (and as a construction business owner I know what that feels like). We care greatly for our clients and the impact success has on their business lives and longevity. Nothing is by chance.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started in online marketing in Australia and it was pre- Google. I worked for the first titan brand in online marketing and then left to move to the UK. I then started my own business in construction and launched that business totally online. When no one thought that builders could use the internet. Well, guess what they could. And I was there in that marketplace ready. Since then and particularly in the past 7 years I have trained and studied hard. I am confident in saying that I can get a page ranked on page 1 Google in most (but not all niches). That has to be worth a converstion.
